I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Peppers Clearwater Resort, especially the beautiful surroundings with a superb backdrop of shimmering lake and mountain views. The tree-lined long driveway added to the overall charm, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

The fantastic lake view from our room complemented the comfortable bed, while the toiletries were of high quality. the restaurant's menu lacked clarity and did not meet our expectations during dinner.

The Garden View Suite featured a large lounge area with a small balcony, providing a spacious feel with a kingsize bed and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventures. The breakfast included with the stay was a nice touch, served in a restaurant nearby.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with stained carpets and dusty surfaces. Accessing the room required navigating several steps exposed to the elements, which might be inconvenient in bad weather.

The room showed signs of wear, especially the carpets and furnishings, which detracted from the 'luxury' feel advertised. the ambiance was nice, but a lack of service promptness and the state of the room need addressing for a better experience.
